It appears that there has been some confusion over the striking off of the company Spline Gauges Ltd (Company Number 00739115) and this message is intended to clarify the situation.

Spline Gauges has been operating as a division of Danaher UK Industries Ltd since 1999 when the business was transferred from Spline Gauges Limited.

 

Spline Gauges Limited was dormant from 1999 and was first struck off on 6th February 2007.

 

In order to resolve a technical issue connected with the Land Registry it was necessary to re-instate the company Spline Gauges Ltd on 31st Dec 2008, and once this was resolved the company was again dissolved on 23rd February 2010.

We should stress that the business of Spline Gauges continues to operate as part of Danaher UK Industries Ltd (Company Number 6020956), a £100 million+ turnover business, and is ultimately a wholly owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation as it has been since 1996.
